The Nordic Track T14.0 treadmill features iFit Live powered by Googlemaps - the only wireless connection between home fitness equipment and the internet.

Featuring iFit Live, you can now customize your own workout program, experience outdoor trails in the comfort of your living room or have event specific training routines downloaded to your treadmill wirelessly.
The T14.0 also comes with 22 pre-programmed workouts to keep you on track with your fitness goals. Alternatively, race against virtual competitors in the Competition training centre for a fresh challenge each time.
A 2.75CHP commercial grade motor drives the belt at speeds of up to 22 km/h and the 1-Touch incline can raise to 12 % to make your runs even more demanding.
ComfortShox cushioning protects your joints from impact and the textured walk belt provides the traction you need to feel safe and secure whilst running. The T14.0 comes complete with a Polar™ T34 chest belt for wireless heart rate readings and also includes an Intermix Acoustics 3.0 sound system so you can exercise to your favourite music.

Workout programmes

The T14.0 comes with 22 pre-programmed workouts and the Competition training centre. The pre-programmed workouts consist of 16 performance workouts (10 timed and 6 distance based) and 6 weight loss workouts. Competition training allows you to race a pack or a single competitor in a computer generated race environment to help you motivate and push yourself. Races can be over varying, user-defined distances with an auto-incline option to mimic real world terrain.
