The NordicTrack C5 ZL bike uses only quality bearings, which guarantees quiet operation, reliability and long life. The smooth, frictionless resistance system allows you to adjust your workout intensity without interrupting your workout. Choose from 25 resistance levels to target specific workout and conditioning goals. The C5 ZL features 16 Preset Programmes; 12 Smart programmes, 2 Heart Rate and 2 Watts workouts. The sturdy 10 kg flywheel ensures a smooth workout, whilst the console displays speed, time, distance, resistance, pulse and calories.
